As streamers and content creators, it's not always immediately obvious what you do and don't need to disclose to your audience.
In situations where you're being paid to stream something, disclosing this fact will usually be obvious however this can become much less obvious when it involves a game/product that a company has sent you for free; this is especially the case in situations where the company involved hasn't given you a contract, an NDA or just haven't specifically stated that you need to disclose this fact.
